Admin/Customer Support Clerk - Full Time - Competition # 59-09

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

1.      Input transactions within the database and update work orders.

2.      Coordinate preventative maintenance clinics for both rural and city areas.

3.      Provide customer support by calling consumer directly to address concerns and to compile feedback on service provided.

 

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

1.      Fax paperwork to government agencies and ensure documents have been received.

2.      Photocopy, as required by Supervisor.

3.      Close client files and send them for storage.

4.      Assemble and distribute loan letter package to consumer.

5.      File confidential documents for all funding programs.

6.      Direct volunteer/work experience staff as required.

7.      Back up to other administrative positions.

8.      Process payment advice for external services.

9.      Other assigned duties.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

·        High school diploma.

·        Demonstrated knowledge and experience with computers including customized databases.

·        Administrative training or experience an asset.

·        Typing speed of 30-45 wpm.

·        Customer service experience.
