Program Facilitator - Full Time, Term - Competiton # 40-10

The Program Facilitator is responsible for the development, implementation and direction of SMD leisure and personal interest/growth programs for adults with disabilities.  This includes but is not limited to the SMD Summer Breakout, fall, winter and spring program options, and involves both group and individual programming that enhances the accessibility and independence for individuals with disabilities.  The Program Facilitator is also responsible for the day to day direction of Summer Access staff, volunteers and Recreation Assistants.
